My New Great Nephews

Jerry’s sister and her family came to stay with us last night so they can get electricity in their new place. I enjoyed taking some photos of them. I really like how these turned out 🙂

Aren’t they precious 🙂

Recent photos of my babies

We took the kids to play at Lebanon park yesterday and I got some nice shots of them. I wanted to share 🙂

It is so hard to get a good photo of Miranda (my youngest). Sometimes I can sneak and capture great candid shots of her but sometimes I’d love for her to pose for me, lol.

The Wedding was Perfect!!!

Even though we were both so nervous, the wedding went great! I am so proud of the kids. They did such a good job walking down the aisle. Even though they were running around the church and being rowdy while I was away getting ready, they calmed down and acted much better during the ceremony. My handsome groom did a great job and I was so happy standing there with him in front of our family and friends. I have some photos to share 🙂 These are a few photos that two of my friends took. I’ll post more later. I haven’t seen the photos my photographer took but I will be blown away by them I’m sure. I can’t wait to get them!!!

Here we are…Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Allen Brewer 🙂

Hand drawn over photo

I recently got a Bamboo graphics tablet. I have played with it a little, but not as much as I should. I’ve also been learning to play guitar and putting a bit of time into that. But a few nights ago I opened a photo I had taken of my 3 year old sleeping in a chair. She had her head propped up in her hand. It may be a mommy thing but I love pictures of little ones sleeping. Anyway, I added a new layer and faded the opacity of the photo layer and traced over it with my bamboo just to see how it would turn out. I think the results turned out great. I know I traced it, but it looks pretty neat. I’m sharing the original along with the drawn version. I hope you enjoy 🙂

My Hula Girls

My daughters recently went through a spell of dressing up like hula dancers. They wanted to see what they would look like on a beach in hula outfits so I put this together for them. They laughed and really liked how it turned out. I love when I can take my hobby and make them happy with it. I like this photo too 🙂 I think they look very cute.

My Nephew

I took some pictures of my nephew back last fall and I thought I’d share them here. He was on my grandfather’s porch in the original photos. My sister really liked how they turned out. I used one of the photos of him in the triple photo image in the grassy scene image. And that’s supposed to be a caterpillar in front of him, lol.

I started a tutorial for this but went on my own using different blood, paint splatter, cracks and wound brushes. I really have fun creating this type of photo. My mom asked me why I want to do that to myself. It just interests me I guess. I like the scary type photos and seeing myself as a zombie or vampire is just neat to me. Here is my latest photo creation. I hope you like it 🙂
