Hand drawn over photo

I recently got a Bamboo graphics tablet. I have played with it a little, but not as much as I should. I’ve also been learning to play guitar and putting a bit of time into that. But a few nights ago I opened a photo I had taken of my 3 year old sleeping in a chair. She had her head propped up in her hand. It may be a mommy thing but I love pictures of little ones sleeping. Anyway, I added a new layer and faded the opacity of the photo layer and traced over it with my bamboo just to see how it would turn out. I think the results turned out great. I know I traced it, but it looks pretty neat. I’m sharing the original along with the drawn version. I hope you enjoy 🙂

My Hula Girls

My daughters recently went through a spell of dressing up like hula dancers. They wanted to see what they would look like on a beach in hula outfits so I put this together for them. They laughed and really liked how it turned out. I love when I can take my hobby and make them happy with it. I like this photo too 🙂 I think they look very cute.

My Nephew

I took some pictures of my nephew back last fall and I thought I’d share them here. He was on my grandfather’s porch in the original photos. My sister really liked how they turned out. I used one of the photos of him in the triple photo image in the grassy scene image. And that’s supposed to be a caterpillar in front of him, lol.

Behind Broken Glass

I followed a tutorial for most of this but added my own touches to the photo. This is me as a vampire looking into a broken window. I think this turned out really neat.

Hello and Welcome!

Thank you for checking out my blog. I started this blog to share my edited photos. I have several ready to post but I don’t want to overload each post. I love being creative with the photos I’ve taken. I may put photos on here that show my underwear but I will NOT have nude photos on here or anywhere else. I am not that confident about my body and I think some things are just too personal to share, lol.
I hope you enjoy my blog. If you would like to leave me a comment, go for it. I like reading comments on my work. If you have any questions just ask.

And for my first photos to share…

I like light effects in photos but haven’t perfected them yet. I cut me out of the origianl photo and created a fun, bright background behind myself. I like how it turned out.

This is a photo of my hair blowing. I added a simple black and white effect to it. I love how I look in this photo and that says a LOT because I don’t really like a lot of my photos. This has a glamor shot look to it. I took it over my heat vent and my hair is really out there, lol.

Come back later for more pictures. I have a bunch to share and will be creating more.
